Lavant Trail Report – May 7 2005

A beautiful spring day found a couple of trucks from the Kingston chapter trundling along the K&P Trail heading for Lavant Station. We established CB contact thereabouts, and met up with half-a-dozen trucks from Ottawa at the campsite on the shore of Dixon Lake. (more…)

Galetta Trail Report – Apr 24 2005

9 trucks headed out to Galetta Sunday morning. It's a bad sign when you have to huddle under the shopping cart coral to stay dry waiting for people to show up. We had 5 club trucks and 4 guest drivers in a full-size RAM pickup, an Isuzu Rodeo, a slightly modified Jeep TJ and a slightly modified Nissan Xterra. Brent, Al and Rocco checked in to see us off. Galetta Trail Report – June 13 2004

Well we all met up at the Loblaws parking lot a 9:00 am. There were three XJs (the greatest Jeeps ever made), a Comanche (the second best) a couple of YJs and TJs and one Nissan patheti... sorry pathfinder. A total of twelve (Brent you can correct me if I am wrong) trucks headed out towards the EOTB trail. (more…)

Gorge Trail Report – May 2 2004

Terry (Land Rover Discovery), Sebastien (YJ), and I (XJ) left the Loblaws parking lot at 9:30 am and headed out to the trail near Calabogie. The weather wasn't really cooperating with us, it was cold and raining most of the day. (more…)

Quinn Trail Report – July 27 2003

10 club members headed out to the Quinn on Sunday morning, and although the day was long (we finished about 6 pm), it was only because it takes that long to move that many trucks through the most difficult trail in the area.
