Trail Report – Camp EOTB 2015
We had a relatively small group this year for camp, but it was a great camp nonetheless, with great people and generating some great stories.
While a few of us arrived early, the majority of campers began arriving in the afternoon on Friday, and the evening was relatively low key as everyone got their sites setup and visited with each other throughout the evening. The consensus, however, was to try to get an early start the next morning, with the driver meeting scheduled for 9:15am.

Trail Report – Upper Darling Line – July 2015
First off I'd like to thank everyone who managed to make it out for yesterdays trail run to Darling Line.
The group met at the usual spot in Bells Corners at 9 am. With a total of 8 vehicles meeting up in BC, we probably had the largest ratio of non-Jeep to Jeep vehicles that I have seen in a long time. 6 Jeeps, my Ford and even a Chevy!Jamie Wright with his mil-spec 85 Blazer with a 6.2 diesel was definitely something we don't see too often. And I think the diesel helped minimize the dam...

Canada Day Run – Carp – June 2015
Thanks Ken for a good run in Carp. And thanks to Nick for being the tail gunner for our small group. There was a nice challenging rock at the beginning, and lets just say that Nick had a deja-vu moment in the mud, but he was able to winch himself out.
We all got a bath at the end as Ken led us on a small detour through a line of water holes. Loved it!

The rain and my neglect to air down stopped my climb. It was an excellent as always with the club.

Adopt-a-Road Clean-up – June 2015
The Adopt-a-Road clean-up this spring was a success again this year. We met at the Blue Onion at 10:00am and split into two teams to start the clean-up from both ends and meet in the middle.
Thanks, in part, to our efforts over the year, there wasn't a large amount of garbage, but we did manage to fill a few bags of trash and recycling completing the whole stretch in just over an hour.
With the clean-up complete, we headed over to the Rusty Bat for our trail run.

Crag Lake Adopt-a-Trail Run – May 2015
We ran with a small group today, only four trucks including Jeremy Brooks, Tom Miller, Nick Dufresne and myself. We stuck to our schedule and left Calabogie at 10:15am headed to the dam to air down. It didn’t take us long to get ready and we headed down the road. Before we could reach the entrance to the Crag Lake Back Door, we ran into a man on an ATV, flagging us down. He told us he spotted a forest fire in the direction we were heading and a Jeep stuck in the mud nearby. He was headed back t...

Trail Report – Adopt-a-Road Clean-up and Rusty Bat – May 2014
A big thank you to all that made it out today. The road clean-up was fast and a few locals honked at us in appreciation. Extra points to Evan for his trailer, it kept the trash out of our rigs.
The trail was excellent with no major surprises. A few hang-ups and a couple of tugs later we made it to the top and back down without incident.
Thanks again to all that came out.

Trail Report – Bear Skulls – October 2013
I arrived at Munfords a little before 9:30 to find Paul, Nick, Martin, and Andy our guests for the day. After fueling up, I grabbed a $2.99 poncho. We decided to wait five minutes for anyone else to arrive and as we started up the jeeps Tom and Tony pulled in.
It started to rain. The group headed to the trailhead and (most) aired down.
I took the lead having a gps and a winch. A nice fall drive through the forest to the first obstacle - Bear Hug.
