Lavant Lookout is a trail that l eads to a scenic lookout near Lavant. \; The t rail is rocky\, with some tight sections and a few muddy sections. There is a rock garden\, known as the mine field\, that requires careful navigation before reaching the top.

\n \nTow Points are mandato ry for this trail. In order to maintain social dis tancing\, you must bring any tools and equipment y ou require to prepare for the trail including tire gauges\, air compressors. If you don'\;t have a winch\, make sure you bring your own tow strap a nd shackles.
\n \nPlease come to the meeting location fully fueled and rea dy to roll.
\n \nThis is a Level 2 difficulty trail requiring a min imum of a 4wd vehicle with 33"\; tires\, tow p oints front and rear. A lift isn'\;t absolutely necessary but some scraping of underbelly is inev itable. If you are new\, and unsure whether you sh ould attend this event\, please contact a board me mber.
\n \nHav ing a CB is highly recommended. Please tune your C B to channel 4. \; If you do not have a CB rad io\, bring your FRS radio tuned to channel 4.
\ n \nRemember to bring a lunch\, plenty of water\, boots\, cameras and yo ur sense of adventure. It is also recommended that you carry a tow strap and some shackles as basic extraction equipment. Bug spray and sunscreen may also be wise.
