The Annual General Meeting of the Eastern Ontario Trail Blazers will be held Sunday, April 2nd, 2023 at Buster's Bar and Grill. As usual, the EOTB AGM will be a supper meeting, with presentations, awards, door prizes, elections if necessary.

Elections (if necessary)

Annual elections for the Board of Directors will be conducted online, if necessary: Elections are only necessary when there are multiple candidates for any of the executive positions (president, VP, secretary, and treasurer), or more than three candidates for the three at-large positions.

If we have exactly seven nominees for the seven positions, all nominees are elected by acclamation and elections will not be necessary.

An election announcement will be issued in the very near future.

Door prizes

Attendees will be given door prize tickets for a chance to win one of many door prizes.

Tell other members! While most of us get these announcements, some don’t, some don’t check their email as often as others, and sometimes things just end up in the wrong folder - so be sure to mention the AGM to other members, to encourage everyone to attend.
