2006 Robertson Road
The EOTB Annual General Meeting (AGM) will be held from 3:00pm to 6:00pm on Saturday, March 23rd, 2019. We are trying a new, accessible venue this year. This event is open to members, their plus-ones and their kids.
Because we are holding an afternoon meeting, we’ll structure things a little differently: We’ll start with presentations, voting, etc., and conclude with supper, though people are free to order food and drink whenever they like. Scotty’s is making their full menu available and they have a wide variety of very tasty family-friendly fare.
If you plan to attend the event, please register by following the link above.
Scotty’s Corner Diner, 2006 Robertson Road, Bells Corners. This is the strip mall where the Pizza Hut used to be and where Local’s is now, just north of the fire station and across the street from Mort’s.
There is plenty of parking and the 417 is just a few minutes away.

Attending the meeting
The meeting is open to all members in good standing, their “plus one”, and their kids. Members who haven’t yet renewed with the EOTB can renew at the meeting. (If you haven’t already renewed with the OF4WD, you will have to do so directly with them: Since they changed their membership system, we can no longer renew for you.)
If you won a trophy-style award last year, please bring it to the AGM or arrange to get it to a member of the BoD before the AGM (one of the Wing Nights works), so we can be environmentally and fiscally responsible and reuse it. Be sure to take plenty of selfies with it first, though, so you can preserve the memory forever
Voting and Election
We will also be holding at least one vote and possibly an election. The vote will be on an amendment to the constitution. An election will be held if required to fill seats on the board. You should have received communications by e-mail on the proposed changes to the constitution and how they will impact the election. If you have not, please contact the Board of Directors.
The main motivation for this is to increase member participation in club management and to encourage elections, which are a good sign of a healthy, active club.
